How they got started:

We met at an online event in 2020. We quickly realized that we had a lot in common, most of which centered around our vision of empowering women over 40. We began meeting regularly and decided that the synergy was great and that we should create an offer together. We decided on hosting a workshop, wrote up a 6-month JV agreement, hosted our first workshop titled Validate Your Business Idea Workshop, sold into a program we had only outlined on paper, and were off! We hosted a second workshop two months later, sold into our program again, and then formalized our business.

We had both been online entrepreneurs for years and had considerable experience in both the online space and the corporate world. We decided to put our business superpowers together, and Encore Empire was born!

How their method is different:

We don't put our clients into a learning platform and wish them luck. We walk with them hand in hand, side by side, and work with them in their business.

Our clients regularly remark about how different it is to have real support and guidance that allows them to make progress quickly.

Our method is to provide a holistic and foundational business strategy to every woman we work with. This means that we don't compartmentalize the business aspects of their lives, we honor the whole person.

Foundational business strategy coaching is what's missing in the online business coaching space. Most business coaches focus on one or two aspects and don't guide their clients into incorporating their processes into the client's unique business. Everything we do is customized to our client's needs. We teach our clients how to know what's working and what's not, how to assess opportunities, and determine the right fit using data and metrics to validate what they're doing.
