Who & how she helps:

I help service-based women in business who are multi-passionate and want to change the world and who struggle to get their creativity across and with the tech side. I help them focus their energy on creating offerings that sell, developing the offering, whether that’s a course, a program, a membership, a workshop (because it needs to fit with their subject matter and their goals for their life) and then selling their offering and building funnels that are transformational pathways for their ideal clients.

How she got started:

I’ve been into personal development for 20 years, having overcome panic attacks and part of that journey involved wanting to do something more than work in the corporate environment because I felt frustrated that I couldn’t make a difference there (and I hated all the rules about who you needed to be to conform to that identity). 

So I explored loads of options, and finally trained in NLP, hypnotherapy and coaching.  I’d lost a lot of weight and eventually trained in nutrition, setting up a business in life coaching with a nutritional angle.  Because I was working at the same time I got into the online courses and programs space and did all the tech etc myself.

In 2016 I completed some coaching myself and decided to follow my dreams of living by the sea, and I moved to Devon, taking a consultancy job.  I fell out of love with the nutritional side and started to explore how I could pull together what I enjoyed in the corporate world (which was as an internal auditor helping billion pound organisations improve their ways of working) and the work I’d been doing coaching. 

So I moved towards business coaching and mentoring, and that developed into designing offerings (using the feel good funnels formula – I love a framework!) which involves creating offerings and selling them.

Following a conversation at networking I realised it’s all about designing businesses so now I call myself a business designer (because it says what I do)!

How her method is different:

The starting point is not “I’m going to create a course or a program”, instead it’s what do I want to achieve and how can my business support me to do this.  It’s considering the impact of creating that offering, i.e a membership model may not be right if you don’t like creating content. It’s then about tailoring your offerings to your tribe so they want to buy and showing you how best to promote your offerings too. I have a human approach rather than a transactional approach.

I love Alpaca's and want to have an Alpaca farm one day, they even came to my wedding.

About the program:

The Feel Good Funnels Academy is your one stop shop for creating transformational offerings that sell and it supports you to design your dream business. When you join you’ll be taken through developing your ultimate funnel which will determine your next steps, whether that’s developing a course, a group program, workshops and then how you can put them together. etc.

The Academy is being developed live through 2023 and there will be different options to follow depending on your needs, including pre-selling your offer, a webinar funnel,  high end coaching package application funnel, low cost courses, evergreen (and it includes the tech set up too).  The order these are developed depends on those who join during this time. You’ll also receive membership of the Visibility Collective with co-working, marketing and mindset training and Academy accountability. You get lifetime access to the Academy so will be able to use the resources as your business evolves.
