I'm a tech VA and resource creator for wellness businesses. As a former personal trainer and nutrition coach I know how frustrating and time consuming the tech can be. And my work as a VA has shown me what works.

I was a personal trainer and nutrition coach for several years. My turning point happened when I realized that my real passion was working with the tech - figuring out how to use tech to create awesome programs and perfect client experiences. I decided I wanted to help other coaches do the same.
